If you have pets on the brain then you may be thinking about getting a new kitty. Recently, my sister and I purchased our first cat. It’s a Bengal kitten and we named her Momo. She is currently 5 months old and already she is learning more each new day.

Let me start off by saying, cats are not easy to train! Especially, a cat that loves loves loves to climb. Bengals will climb your walls like spiderman and yes, they will claim any and all shelves in the household. So, you better think about cat proofing!

Bengals are one of the easier cat breeds to train but that is because they are very loyal to their family. The Bengal cat will follow you around the house, sleep on your pillow, cuddle with you and friends, hang out with other pets and even get along with kids! Bengals are a family cat and totally worth it if you have the energy to devote to them. I would not recommend this breed to someone who is unable to provide adequate time and care because this is a very needy kitty.

We were not prepared for the new Monster Momo!

Monster Momo started off like any other kitty. She was small, sweet, and filled with vigor. After about 3 weeks Momo started jumping completely verticle up the walls. Actually, she still does this. Then she built her confidence up pretty quickly because that is when she started climbing up and jumping on all the shelves, entertainment center, coffee table, counter, oven, couches, tables, pretty much the whole house is Monster Momos.
